QUALIFICATIONS
Brian is a Certified Master Inspector and Chris is Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) both trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the largest nonprofit organization for residential and commercial property inspectors, offering education, training, and certification to its members. With over nine years of experience in home inspections, I previously held licensed home inspector positions in two different states, where I successfully completed both state and national exams after completing over eight hundred hours of combined schooling.
It's important to note that Utah does not impose any mandatory licensing or certification requirements for home inspectors. I'm an active member of InterNACHI, which stands as the world’s largest organization of residential and commercial property inspectors, conducting over 10,000 property inspections daily.
InterNACHI offers professional training, accredited education, and certification. Furthermore, I am honored to hold the esteemed title of Certified Master Inspector (CMI).
