Leading Home Inspector Serving Washington, UT, and the Surrounding Areas
I was a licensed home inspector in two other states before moving to Utah. Why am I telling you this? Because Utah does not require licensing or even certifications. I started my career as a home inspector in Las Vegas and then moved to Texas to continue inspecting there. I have over 800 hours of schooling and have passed the national exam along with two state exams. I have performed over 1000 inspections over the past seven years.
I am a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), the world’s largest organization of residential and commercial property inspectors who perform more than 10,000 property inspections every day. InterNACHI provides professional training, accredited education and certification. I am also a Certified Master Inspector (CMI). When deciding on your next inspector, consider their education and training.
For all of your home inspections, thermal imaging, and radon testing needs in southern Utah, including St George, Washington, Hurricane, and the rest of Washington county, Utah, look no further than the incredible services here at Healymonster Home Inspections. I strive to provide the best inspection I can for your peace of mind. I go above and beyond the usual Standards of Practice with a meticulous eye for detail.
We work hard to keep our clients safe from any dangers and alert them to any large expenditures that may be lurking beneath the surface of their new homes.
Catching these problems before you make a final decision can protect you from unexpected and expensive repairs down the road and ensure the home you purchase is safe and functioning as intended.
We inspect existing homes as well as new construction which need inspections too. Builders are great at what they do, and we have some of the finest in this area. However, sometimes things are overlooked and may be better observed by a third party. We do not have the emotional attachment that the buyer does or a vested interest like the builder. We see things the way they are, not just the way buyers and builders expect them to be.
We also do pre-listing inspections which help the sellers be better prepared to get top dollar for their home.
