About Healymonster Home Inspections

Brian is Healymonster’s representative in Southern Utah to include Washington County, Cedar City and Kanab.

He has accumulated more than eight years of experience in home inspections.

Prior to relocating to Utah, he held a licensed home inspector status in two other states and successfully completed both state and national exams which required over eight hundred hours of combined schooling. It’s worth noting that Utah does not have any mandatory licensing or certification requirements for home inspectors.

Brian is an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), which stands as the world’s largest organization of residential and commercial property inspectors, conducting over 10,000 property inspections daily. InterNACHI offers professional training, accredited education, and certification.

Furthermore, he holds the prestigious designation of being a Certified Master Inspector (CMI). When choosing your next inspector, it’s essential to take into account their educational background and the extent of their training.

Brian’s son Chris has joined the team as Healymonster’s representative in northern Utah to include Utah, Salt Lake, Summit and Wasatch Counties, Chris plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s presence in the region.

He holds the distinction of being certified as a Certified Professional Inspector by InterNACHI, a testament to his unwavering dedication to upholding the highest industry standards.

He remains committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Guided by Brian’s expertise, he has has been trained to adopt the same level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence that defines Healymonster Home Inspections.

Through this tutelage, he has internalized the core values of the company, which encompass conducting meticulous inspections, maintaining unwavering integrity, and prioritizing client satisfaction.

				Mr Healy conducted an inspection on our home last year. He was punctual with the appointment and did a very through inspection looking at several things we would never have thought of. His suggestions for repair and improvement were extremely beneficial. Of equal value was this findings that some things did not need improvement, repair or modification. This final recommendation proved invaluable in protecting us as senior citizens from unscrupulous  repairmen and contractors.Well worth the time and cost.

				Healymonster Home Inspections was professional and courteous.  We needed a home inspection done on a commercial property and Mr. Healy worked with us to get it accomplished.  He was flexible in the scheduling when it was discovered that the gas meter wasn't connected.  He was detail oriented and performed a thorough inspection.  Mr. Healy was very customer focused and willing to discuss the inspection and point of concern till my business partner and I were satisfied that we fully understood all the concerns and deficiencies.  Would definitely recommend.

Very detailed inspector. Not many are certified in multiple states like Brian is. He invests in top quality equipment to inspect your house and is very thorough. I was lucky enough to have him inspect our home before purchasing. Thanks again.
